Elizabeth’s Expressive Art Work
These are images capturing some of my expressive arts work over the past few years. Expressive arts therapy is a multimodal process, moving between various forms of expression including: creation of visual imagery (collage, painting, drawing, photography), written and verbal reflection such as journaling or found poetry, movement and sound or music. What you see here captures the visual objects which is often only one part of the creative process.
